One-to-one Support
We provide services for people living with a long-term health condition, and/or mental health at every stage, whether you are newly diagnosed and trying to get your head around it all, or have been living with a chronic condition for a while, we are here to help.

Online Support Group
We host free online weekly support groups via Zoom for 1 hour. Our mission is to help those who may be housebound and to prevent isolation and loneliness. This is a safe and welcoming space to connect and share experiences with others who understand.
